Thank you for shopping at! We appreciate your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return non-sale and sale merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund equal to the purchase price of your items provided that the merchandise meets the following criteria:

Return Guidelines & Criteria:

Item(s) being returned must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. Item(s) must be returned with the original packaging, with tags and sanitary linings still attached, and without odors or any stains.

SALE ITEMS can be returned for a refund within 14 days.


*Returns received passed 14 days of delivery date can no longer receive a refund.

Do not remove the protective liner (if applicable) unless you are certain that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please try on swimwear with undergarments, as worn swimwear is not eligible for returns for hygienic reasons.

Worn, soiled, damaged, odors, and laundered items cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Shipping fees are not refundable.

Reason for the Return.

***An e-mailed with instructions and return address will be sent to you within 24hrs.

Allow up to 10 DAYS to process your return. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your return has been fully processed. Approved returns will be refunded on the original method of payment. NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a return at our discretion if any item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or washed, missing parts, or for reasons not due to our error.


*We reserve the right to deny returns that have not been verified with us beforehand.

If we receive a non-qualifying return item(s), we may charge you up to $10.00 for shipping to send the items back to you. Any item that is returned more than 14 days past the delivery date will not receive a refund.

DISCLAIMER: Aqua Chic Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items sent back to us without a delivery confirmation or tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return(s).


Examples of defective items are but not limited to:

Discoloration or fabric bleeding.

Marks, stains, and blemishes (caused during manufacturing)

Sewing or manufacturing flaws.

Missing or broken hardware (clips, fasteners, rings, etc.).

Incorrect indicated size or item.

If any of the above or similar applies to your order, please email us at within 24 hours of the delivery of your order, and include your order number and item number plus a description of the issue. We will replace the item to you at no cost and will provide a prepaid postage label to send the exchange item(s) back. We will also ship the replacement item to you once we receive the defective or incorrect item at no cost if the item is still in stock. If item is no longer in stock we will give you a full refund.
